Tournament rules & FAQ's
 
  • Most Matchs will not be monitored unless there is a discrepency between players that is brought to our intention, incase that both players claim victory the match will be replayed with a ref viewing. Also any Silver Bracket matchs must be recorded by a ref to be a valid win.

  • All matchs must be played on MAME64 (DUE TO POPULARITY)

  • Purposely lagging combos, matches and or Using Turbo(if we suspect it being used) etc will result in disqualification.

  • Infinites are allowed their in the game get over it.

  • Turbo 2 is Requiered by all parties playing in the tournament.

  • All tournaments will be held in godweapon server 2 @64.34.162.170:6969 please make Sub channel chat rooms to reduce spam in the main chat room.

  • Manual select and Easy Select are allowed .There is no cheating or favoritism involed its part of the game deal with it.

  • You must play on either "Good 20 Keyframes" or "Excellent 30 Keyframes" if both parties agree to it or flip a coin but you both need to make a decision asap. Flip a Coin

  • Matches will be based on a 3 out of 5 basis. Whoever wins 3 first moves up the ladder.The semi-final matchs will be best 4 out of 7.

  • Depending on how many sign up, for a given tournament they will be broken down to even number of players 32-16-8-4-2-1, For every extra player we have sign up above those numbers, the last person to sign up "in" the range will have to play an elimination match with the extra player for their spot. If for example we have 24 players it will be a 16 player tournament however since there are 8 extra players the 16th,15th,14th...9th,and 8th players to sign up will each have a elimination round with one of the 8 extra players for their spot in the tournament.

  • If for ANY reason you sign up and are NOT ABLE to participate for the first round of eliminations they will be replaced by any players who couldn't join due to the above mentioned rule, if you are unable to show for any other match that isn't one of the first eliminations, you will then FORFEIT that match.

  • The tournament will all take place in a single night. So all players who qualify MUST BE THERE. If you Can't make it, you will have to forfeit your match.

  • Winners will be eternaly immortalised on the best of the best page along with the video of their final match.

  • SVCCHAOS some bosses/hidden characters in the tournament that are cheap vs regular characters can not be used. Shin Akuma, Shin Mr. Karate and Red Arremer/Athena which are abused and CAN NOT BE USED.
